I started Start-A-Heart because I saw how often good people freeze in an emergency — not from a lack of caring, but from a lack of practice. Real confidence comes from putting your hands on a manikin, feeling the rhythm of compressions, and working through the moment before it ever happens for real.
Every class is hands-on, welcoming, and paced so you can actually learn. There are no dumb questions here. Whether you are a parent, a healthcare-related professional, or a whole team learning together, my goal is that you leave prepared instead of overwhelmed.
